When a company is incorporated in Canada it must register in one of the provinces or territories or register with the federal government.  The government offices in the jurisdiction where it was incorporated keep a record of the articles of incorporation, any amendments to the articles of incorporation as well as the articles of association, if applicable.  If you need to obtain a copy of the articles which have been registered for a company we can assist.
