Certificates of Status

A Certificate of Good Standing is sometimes called a Certificate of Status or Certificate of Compliance depending on what jurisdiction you order it in. These certificates are ordered through service providers and issued by the government. All companies registered anywhere in the World can obtain a certificate of good standing for the jurisdiction in which they were incorporated.

In Canada companies can be incorporated federally, provincially or territorially. Therefore, if your company is registered in any one of those jurisdictions you can obtain a Certificate of Status for it.
