Nova Scotia Name Registration Request

Purchase includes a preliminary clearance of a name for a Nova Scotia business and we will check additional names until one appears to be clear.  Once a name is clear we will submit the name to the Nova Scotia government for its consideration.

Read Before Purchasing:  The Nova Scotia government has examiners that pre-clear the name.  There is no guarantee that the name that is pre-cleared by Resources for Canadian Business Owners will be accepted by the Nova Scotia government because different examiners have different methods of pre-clearing names.  However, having your name pre-cleared through us will provide you with a better chance at obtaining a clearance of a name the first time around.
