Holly Crosgrey, is a Toronto law clerk with 30 years’ experience in corporate and securities law.   She has worked for many of the prominent law firms in Toronto including four of the seven leading Canadian law firms called the Seven Sisters being Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, Goodmans LLP, McCarthy Tetrault LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.  

Her main expertise is with Ontario and federal private company law, however, she also has a number of years’ experience in public law and is comfortable dealing with issues relating to offshore companies including the United States, Bermuda, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, etc.
