This service will provide a Certificate of Good Standing, Certificate of Status or Certificate of Compliance. All of these certificates are similar except that they are called different names in different provinces and sometimes different information is provided. The certificate will be provided in the form of a pdf and will be sent to you by email.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BRITISH COLUMBIA CERTIFICATE OF STATUS AND A CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING
BC Certificate of Status – Confirms a share or non-share corporation is duly incorporated under the laws of British Columbia on [incorporation date] and is valid and existing.
BC Certificate of Good Standing – Confirms a share or non-share corporation is duly incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, is valid and existing and has filed all of its BC annual reports.

Quebec Certificates of Status are provided in French. A translation in English is available by the government and we will provide this translation to you as part of our service for no further cost.
