Register a Canadian Company with Foreign Ownership

This service will provide for the incorporation of a Canadian company with foreign ownership, in a province. You can choose the province where you wish to register.
The service will include:
- Name Clearance
- Incorporation
- Preparing electronic minute book including by-laws, resolutions to allot shares, elect directors, appoint officers, share certificates, registers, etd.
- opening all tax accounts (as required): HST-GST sales tax, payroll account. The federal business number is issued automatically after incorporation.
- We do not open bank accounts.
After purchase a number of documents will be sent to you in order for us to complete the documents for registration.
Timing: Ontario (less than a week); British Columbia (less than a week), Manitoba (less than two weeks).
All companies must have an address in the province where they are registering and we will provide this address. The service will including scanning and email of correspondence.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT:
- British Columbia – 100% non-resident directors are allowed.
- Manitoba – 25% of the directors must be resident directors (a director that is a Permanent Resident and lives in Canada).
- Ontario – 100% non-resident directors are allowed.
ADDRESS REQUIREMENT:
An address in the province is required to register. We can provide you with an address in some provinces. In others you will be required to obtain an address and provide it to us. It is important that any address you provide to us also has the service of scanning and emailing of correpondence. The government does not re-send lost correspondence so choose a reliable service.
