This service includes the purchase of one sole proprietorship registration in New Brunswick and an option to purchase a NUANS report and/or an HST/Payroll/Import/Export Number.

NUANS SEARCH REPORT:

As part of this service we perform preliminary name searches across Canada first on all orders (for no extra cost) before we obtain a full search in order to eliminate a rejection of the name.  A preliminary name search report is about 90% accurate. There is no guarantee that a NUANS name search report will be accepted by the New Brunswick government but we work to insure that it is.

New Brunswick requires a NUANS report and an option will be provided below to order one or provide us with a report you already have in hand.
