This service will provide you with copies of Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Amendment or Articles of Association for a Canadian company registered in any province or territory of Canada.
 
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:  AB Registries provides a summary of the Articles of an Alberta company rather than copies of Articles.  This is the only thing they provide.  If this is not acceptable please do not order this service.
 
 
The copies will be provided to you by email.  The timing is as follows:
 
AB - 1 to 3 days
BC - 1 day (if articles are prior to transition date - 2 weeks)
MB - 2 weeks
SK - 2 weeks
ON - 5 business days - NOTE ARTICLES WILL BE GOVERNMENT CERTIFIED
NB - 2 weeks
NL - 2 weeks
NS - 2 weeks
NU - 2 weeks
NWT - 2 weeks
PEI - 2 weeks
SK - 2 weeks
YK - 2 weeks
Federal - 1 to 2 days
 
In some cases expedited service is available.  If you require expedited service please let us know in the comment box and we will provide you with the additional cost and new timing.
 
If you require copies of documents for a non-share company or charitable company please contact us for a price and timing.
