Steps Involved to Register a Partnership

Step 1 – PreClearance of the Name (We will preclear your proposed names for free)

Step 2 – Order a NUANS Report or a Name Search Report (if required by your province).  Not required for Alberta and Ontario (although recommended).

Step 3 – Registration of the Partnership.  This can take one day or five days depending on the province.
