Holly Crosgrey is a Toronto law clerk with 30 years of experience in corporate and securities law.   She has worked for many of the prominent law firms in Toronto, including four of the seven leading Canadian law firms called the Seven Sisters: Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, Goodmans LLP, McCarthy Tetrault LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.  

Her main expertise lies in Ontario and federal private company law; however, she also has several years of experience in public law and is comfortable dealing with issues related to offshore companies, including those in the United States, Bermuda, Barbados, and the British Virgin Islands.
