    PRECLEARANCE OF PROPOSED NAME:  We will preclear the proposed name as part of our service to ensure the name is not being used by any other business across Canada.

    BREAKDOWN OF COSTS:  There is a requirement for a service fee, a government fee and in some cases a NUANS or name search fee.

    PROVINCE/TIMING:

    • Alberta – NUANS name search report not required (1-2 days)
    • British Columbia – BC Name Search Report required (10-15 days).  BC provides 2 day expedited service.
    • Manitoba – Name Search Report required (7 to 10 days)
    • New Brunswick – NUANS name search report required (2 days)
    • Ontario – NUANS name search report required (2 days)
    • Saskatchewan – SK name search report required (8-10 days)
