Service Fee: $95 – British Columbia Incorporation
You will require an British Columbia name search report to incorporate a business in British Columbia. Our basic service will provide a British Columbia Certificate of Incorporation.
There is a legal requirement to prepare what are called minute book documents (or, organizational documents). These documents evidence the ownership of the company. The British Columbia Certificate of Incorporation only shows the directors.
The minute book documents include by-law provisions, resolutions to allot shares, elect directors and appoint officers, share certificates, registers, etc. To fully comply with the legal requirements of incorporation the minute book documents must also be prepared for a new British Columbia incorporation.
If you wish minute book documents there will be options below to purchase this. We can provide either:
- an electronic version of the minute book by email, or
- a physical minute book which will be delivered to you
Additional information will be requested upon purchase such as directors, officers, ownership, etc.
