NAME SEARCH REPORTS:

Most provinces and territories will require a NUANS report or a name search report when registering a Partnership.  Below is a list of the provinces and territories in Canada and what the requirement is for a report.  A preliminary name search will be done automatically which will be 95% accurate.  If you have concerns and wish a 100% accuracy on the name clearance you can order a report below.

Alberta – NUANS report not required (1 days)
British Columbia – BC Name Search Report at this time takes 10 days.  BC offers expedited service for an extra $100.
Ontario – NUANS report not required (1 day)
Saskatchewan – SK name search report required (8-10 days)
