This service will provide you with copies printed off from the government’s microfiche for an Ontario company.  It will include ALL Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Amendment, Articles of Amalgamation, Articles of Continuance, etc. that may be found on an Ontario company’s public record.

Timing of Obtaining the Articles:  Approximately five business days.  Sometimes the Articles may come faster if they have been set up in the new system but there is no guarantee.
