You will require a New Brunswick nuans report to incorporate a business in New Brunswick ($35).  A New Brunswick physical address must also be provided.

Our basic service will provide a New Brunswick Certificate of Incorporation.

There is a legal requirement to prepare what are called minute book documents (or, organizational documents).  These documents evidence the ownership of the company.  The Certificate of Incorporation only shows the directors.

The minute book documents include by-laws, resolutions to allot shares, elect directors and appoint officers, share certificates, registers, etc.  To fully comply with the legal requirements of incorporation the minute book documents must also be prepared for a new New Brunswick incorporation.
