This Service should be used in the case where the registered office address of the company has changed but the Ministry has not been informed and where you wish to update the annual return filings for the company or file an operating trade name and wish the current address to show on the registration.
The service will include filing a notice of change to:
(a) amend the registered office address;
(b) make any necessary corrections or changes on the public record of officers and directors;
(c) add the mandatory NAICS code (business purpose; and
(d) add the mandatory company email.
Once the notice of change is filed, we will order the Company Key for the company which will be sent to the company email. Once we have the Company Key we will file all outstanding annual returns which will be from 2019 forward. In some cases, there will be additional annual returns to be filed prior to this time and we will file those as well.
A confirmation profile report will be provided to you once everything is complete.
