This service will provide you with registration of a foreign limited liability company (LLC) in Ontario. We will also set up any tax accounts required.
READ BEFORE PURCHASE:
An Ontario address is not required. If you wish an Ontario address we can provide a mailing address for a yearly fee.
A LLC must operate in Ontario under its corporate name. It cannot operate under an operating trade name.
FEDERAL BUSINESS NUMBER – Every foreign company registered in Canada, which has Canadian sales, must obtain a Federal Business Number which is a 9-digit number. As well, if the company will be importing or exporting goods in or out of Canada it will be required to have an Import/Export Number. Further if the worldwide sales of the company are over $30,000 it will be required to have an HST/GST number and charge taxes on its sales in Canada. When applying for a Federal Business Number with us we will also obtain for you the Import/Export and GST/HST numbers if needed.

Service Fee – $200.00 (mandatory fee for preparing and filing registration documents)
Government Fee – $60 (mandatory fee charged by government for registration)
Federal Business Number Application Fee – $150 (optional fee for preparing and filing application to obtain a tax identification number and opening any relevant tax accounts (HST, Payroll, Import/Export, corporate).
Ontario Address – (optional fee (different options) for an Ontario address but not required for registration).
