This service includes the purchase of one sole proprietorship registration in Ontario and an option to purchase a NUANS report and/or an Federal Business Number Registration (HST number).

NAME SEARCH REPORT:

As part of this service we perform preliminary name searches on all orders (for no extra cost) in order to eliminate a rejection of the name.  A preliminary name search report is about 90% accurate.

Ontario does not require a NUANS report.  You can decide to rely on the free preliminary name search performed or you can order a full NUANS report which will show all conflicts across Canada.
